Holiday Season

It is that time of year again, we have passed Thanksgiving and this past Sunday was the first Sunday of Advent.  Advent starts the fourth Sunday before Christmas — this year, that was November 27 — and is a season of preparation for Christmas Day.  Not only should we be preparing our homes, decorations, and shopping lists, but also our hearts for this holiday season.

December holds a lot of excitement for our church.  We will finish our walk-through Nehemiah the 11th, in this book we have looked at how Nehemiah was building much more than walls and gates, but he was rebuilding a broken community and that is what we are seeking to do as well.   On the 18th we will kick-off our new Sermon Series by Looking at the life of Jesus Christ.  What better time of year than to look at the life of Christ than this Holiday season.  The 21st we will be going as a church caroling together and having a special Christmas Eve service Saturday the 24th.  Then we will have our regular service the 25th as we celebrate the birth of our Lord, Savior, and Treasure Jesus Christ.

To Stay up-to-date on all that is going on at the church make sure you check us out online.  You can also see recap videos and past sermons at these links as well:
